Warranty & Terms and Conditions

This product comes with a 7 years manufacturer’s warranty protecting the consumers’ product against UV protection failure, manufacturer’s workmanship, primary and secondary backing failure and unreasonable product deterioration under normal usage circumstances. This warranty does not cover misuses, negligence, incorrect installation methods or use of non specified chemicals on the surface.

Warranty Exclusion: Synthetic grass installed within 1.5m of glass fencing is not covered under this warranty. Any damages, wear, or issues arising from such proximity to glass fencing are not eligible for warranty claims. This is due to the extreme heat generated by the magnifying effect.
